Areas of Responsibility
Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive, professional image of the American Red Cross Biomedical Services. Conduct health history interviews, determine donor eligibility, perform phlebotomy, and provide outstanding donor care during the collection of safe blood units. The Dubuque area will be considered your home base with travel to blood drive sites throughout the territory. We will provide transportation, travel pay & meal allowances. Minimal overnight travel required. Must be able to attend 4-day new employee orientation in Madison, WI.
