Job Summary:

Senior Product Marketing Managers collaborate across the organization to develop and launch go-to-market (GTM) strategies that enhance buyer awareness and achieve desired business objectives. This includes activities such as messaging and positioning, market definition and intelligence, competitive insights, market strategy, sales enablement, and distribution model strategies. Key performance indicators include sales revenue and profitability in relation to targets, sales efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Define GTM strategies, metrics and quarterly targets to ensure revenue and profit goals are achieved for assigned solutions

  • Communicate and coordinate the execution of GTM strategy deliverables cross-functionally to ensure company alignment to plan targets and expectations

  • Complete competitive analysis and effectively communicate key insights, strengths, weaknesses, and differentiators to cross-functional stakeholders

  • Regularly monitor and communicate business performance metrics, market share, buyer insights, and closed/won insights

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing and Packaging, Partner Teams, and Field Readiness for successful roll-out of sales enablement initiatives

  • Develop buyer-centric personas, product positioning and messaging for assigned products and solutions

  • Drive and support the development of key marketing programs to enhance market credibility and generate pipeline growth

  • Partner with Product Management and Sales to explore product features and emerging market opportunities based on customer and market analysis

  • Identify key functional and operational requirements to better serve the targeted market

What You'll Need:

Education

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in roles that relate to product marketing, including product management, marketing, finance and sales

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading cross-functional GTM strategy planning and execution

  • Previous business-to-business (B2B) marketing or product marketing experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, sales channel support preferred

  • Successful track record of building marketing and sales programs for ongoing revenue streams

  • Proficiency in implementing product-led growth GTM strategies, approaches, and tactics

  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, spanning from buyers and end-users to department leadership

  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Customer Success

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to derive insights from data for decision-making

  • Proven ability to innovate and optimize business-driven strategies

Travel Requirement

  • 20% - 25% travel

How You'll Be Rewarded

Salary range in the US: $101,000.00 - $172,000.00

A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
