Role Overview: Responsible for assisting staff with organizing, errands and other duties. This position is part-time year-round. DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES * Effectively organize parts and materials * Safely operate a Forklift * Wash equipment * Organize the recycle yard and get equipment in order. * Ensure that the gates are functioning properly and are locked at the end of the day. * Maintain yard and facility- cleaning and upkeep, including mowing and snow removal. * Ensure drainage inlets are checked and cleaned weekly or after rainfall. * Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. * Ability to maintain positive relations with co-workers & act courteous/respectful of others * Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems * Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance * Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills * Performs other duties as assigned |
