Job Description

-Execute the plant-based strategy with the guidance and oversight of the Farming and Sustainability Director.

-Work together with our partners and internal Danone employees to confirm reporting done on farm and planning for the future.

-Manage plans for crop improvement and enhanced production while being cognizant of our regenerative agriculture pillars: Soil, Water, Biodiversity and Generational Farming

-Design and coordinate land development projects for agricultural land.

-Advise planning and managing production at row crop farms, fruit and nut orchards and dairy operations.

-Carry out and provide input on land-use planning in accordance with recommendations by our third-party partners.

-Support Global Agriculture strategy deployment within NORAM region: including Regenerative Agriculture Scorecard deployment, water policy adherence, Farming 4 Generations leadership and Cool Farm Tool regional execution.

-Provide vision and team leadership for Agriculture financing and project execution: including the application for financing, project prioritization and selection, project execution and summarization to key internal and external contacts.

The base compensation range for this position is Base salary range aligned on with HRBP/Recruiter commensurate with experience. -Professional Experience/Education needed: Bachelor degree in Agronomy/Soil Science, Environmental Resource Management, Agriculture Sourcing, Agriculture Business or related agriculture degree

-Experience in commodity supply chain, dairy or agronomy is a plus

-4-7 years of experience in crop production and/or agronomy or agricultural input sourcing

-Certified Crop Advisor Certification (CCA) is a plus
