OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager II to help drive efforts in delivering quality experiences to our Azure users. We are part of the core Azure Compute team that focuses on system fundamentals, ensuring that our internal and external user expectations are met and exceeded in terms of performance, reliability, and scale. ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience with our Azure Compute platform and supporting offerings.Delivery of end to end customer scenarios in partnership with development teams across Microsoft Azure, focusing on pre-production quality, performance, reliability, and scale.You will lead deep engagements with Azure users and their partnerships within Azure Compute and partnering development teams.Grow and cultivate our Pre-Production investments, ensuring the success of our users and our end to end customer validation scenario validations.Develop measurements and derive insights that are designed to continuously raise the bar on behalf of our Azure users.To succeed in this role, you should have technical and analytical skills, excellent cross-group collaboration, and a passion for customers. You should also have a track record of delivery, preferably in a distributed systems environment. Finally, you should be able to demonstrate both creativity and the ability to deliver on new ideas.Other: Embody our Culture and Values
