The Opportunity:

You've developed so many systems and solutions architectures that you can not only orchestrate the best solution for any technical challenge, but you can also anticipate future concerns, you're a solutions architect. You've evolved your skills into strategy through a long path of software development accomplishments and the curiosity to understand how all the pieces of an IT ecosystem fit together. You're a solutions architect who specializes in Aviation Product Lifecycle Management, Cloud Services, and has depth in LOG IT services. At Booz Allen, you'll combine your knowledge, skill, and experience to take on the toughest challenges to improve the solution technology supporting Navy/Marine Corp (NMC) and the larger Navy.

On our team, you'll translate your customer's needs and future goals into a plan by developing and implementing effective solutions by developing long-term cloud adoption strategies, cybersecurity, and digital engineering integration. Through your leadership, we'll help transform the way NMC will architect products, strategies, process improvements, establish specifications, and drive engineering discipline through the use of digital engineering automation, including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems.Your technical expertise will be vital as you lead the building of the solution architecture into tangible software releases, cloud migrations, process improvements, and technical innovation using an Agile Digital Engineering process, and groom the tomorrow's solutions architects.

In this role, you'll directly impact NMC and NAVAIR by supporting their transition to a digital engineering workflow designing solutions for their unique use cases that will support the warfighter. With advanced technical expertise, mentoring, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, you'll guide a team that develops the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Cloud Migration and Modernization

  • Experience interfacing with clients and government

  • Knowledge of AvPLM

  • Ability to lead and support RFPs in an IAC MAC environment

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science

  • Security+ Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in MBSE and Digital Engineering

  • Experience with AWS

  • Knowledge of Architecture and Design Patterns

  • Ability to write whitepapers

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
