As the Property Manager here's the work you'll do:

Position Summary

Responsible for the accountable records/maintenance of all industrial plant equipment, mobile equipment, test and special test equipment, other plant equipment, and real property records in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Department of Army Regulation (DAR), and various other army regulations to ensure compliance with the operating contract.

  • Responsible for maintaining the accountable material inventory records and updating the property control system procedures.
  • Supervises charges to records, additions, deletions, and transfer of property. Supervises contract closeout, estimates, and transfers.
  • Reports to Administrative Contracting Office as well as other governmental agencies, accounting reports, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), real property inventory, small arms serialization, additions and deletions, and incidents reports on loss.
  • Writes up and oversees all surplus sales, local invitation for bids (IFBs), donations, negotiated sales, term sales, and Defense Reutilization Marketing Region (DRMR) sales, etc. when no separate disposal department exists.
  • Establishes, coordinates, and supervises physical inventories of Army assets (equipment). Screens for and requests items from equipment excess lists.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CINCOM, Pilgrim and Outlook.
And if you have these qualifications:
  • Two year degree in a Business related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Seven years related experience required.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $75,120- $112,680. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).

* Expertise in: EXCEL, WORD, CADD (Revit/Bentley)
* Ability to wear a mask, respirator, bullet proof vest, or other equipment.
* Ability to regularly perform all job functions at Company's office or worksite.
* Ability to withstand environmental conditions (e.g. extreme heat or cold, grass, wind, sand, fumes, odors, gases, extreme noise, etc.)
