What we will achieve together :

The PR and Media Relations Manager will be responsible for managing our relationships with PR and media agencies, creating strategic influencer marketing plans, measuring the success of various campaigns, and managing budgets to ensure maximum ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in public relations, media strategy, and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR and media strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation across various channels.
  • Manage relationships with PR and media agencies, ensuring alignment with company goals and messaging.
  • Create and implement influencer marketing plans, identifying key influencers that align with our brand values, business objectives, and target audience.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR and influencer campaigns, providing regular reports on KPIs and ROI.
  • Own social channel management tools including Meta Business Manager and TikTok Creator Marketplace.
  • Leverage eCommerce tools like Amazon Ads, SmartCommerce, etc. to track and optimize program performance across earned, influencer, and social campaigns
  • Manage budgets for PR, media, and influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and media opportunities to identify new channels and strategies for brand promotion.

Bring your competencies :

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, media relations, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of the media landscape and influencer marketing.
  • Experience in ecommerce tools like Meta Business Manager, Smart Commerce, Amazon Attribution link creation, etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring the effectiveness of PR and marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in budget management, with a keen eye for optimizing spend for maximum impact.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of PR and social media analytics tools.
