Are you the type of person who enjoys data driven financial analysis, enjoys collaborating with other stakeholders, both internally and externally, and wanting to actively contribute to the overall success of a reputable, global equipment manufacturer? In this role, you will lead a team that supports the design, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive, thoughtful, and methodical approach to wholesale credit finance. You will also provide leadership support and guidance to a team of professionals that perform the day-to-day activities associated with wholesale credit financing. We are looking for someone with a desire to continue to grow their overall knowledge of wholesale credit finance through experiential learning, while working alongside finance leadership.

What You'll Do

1. Collaborate with senior finance leadership to assist with strategic design and execution ofwholesale credit financing practices, including alignment with the organization's business strategies and objectives.

2. Leverage past experiences and expertise to assist in advancing the company's existing wholesale credit finance products and services, ultimately supporting overall business growth.

3. Answer questions and assist with day-to-day, departmental activities including review, monitoring, and collection of wholesale accounts, as well as leading, identifying, and providing growth and development opportunities to team members.

4. Assist in providing ongoing, key metrics and reports to company stakeholders, relating to overall, program performance, monitoring of outstanding receivables, including delinquency and bad debt recovery, as requested.

5. Assist with implementation of operational procedures and system enhancements, to ensure our financing programs remain competitive and attractive. This includes negotiation with our key vendors as to financing rates, collection practices and recoveries.

6. Assist in providing guidance and recommendations regarding policies and procedures, as well as ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, as it relates to wholesale credit finance-related activities of the Company.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, with a minimum of five years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to lead all wholesale credit finance activities, functions, systems, and personnel. This includes a demonstrated willingness to grow and develop others on the team, via leadership support and empowerment.

- Problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and the ability to analyze data and take appropriate action quickly through use of innovative skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build and maintain effective, working relationships with all levels of wholesale credit finance team, internal and external customers, and finance management.

- No travel is expected of this position.
