  • Campus recruitment
  • Talent management and succession planning
Here's what you'll tackle in this impactful role:
  • Relationship Building: On Campus, you will cultivate strong connections with colleges, universities, and students. Internally, you will build a broad network with leaders and executives.
  • Employee Engagement:Champion a culture of positivity and inclusivity, leading initiatives that inspire growth and retention.
  • Talent Management:Facilitate team growth and development by executing our succession planning and annual merit review process.Develop a "post-program" touch point process to stay connect to high potential ECDP (Early Career Development Program) alumni.
  • Database Management:Navigate HRIS systems with ease, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity.
  • Stakeholder Relationships:Forge lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, driving collective success and alignment.
  • Compliance and Expertise: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and ethical recruitment guidelines, providing guidance and support to team members.
Your qualifications:
  • Ideal candidates would bring experience either in college recruitment or talent management & succession planning.
  • Highly qualified candidates will bring a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field demonstrating commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, by email, through virtual platforms such as MS Teams or Zoom, and possess strong in-person presentation skills.
