Seeking creative genius to spin innovative ideas into persuasive promotions for America's top brands. The ability to turn clear, compelling design in a fast-paced environment is a must. This position will assist in the conceptualization and execution of visual designs that are innovative, effective, on time, and meets all requirements.

II. Essential Job Functions

Weight %: Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results

40: Create compelling visual designs for any/all commerce and partnership programs focusing mainly in the digital space. Including but not limited to emails, banner ads, branded promotional content, affiliates, space ads, website design, and special projects. Work closely with creative directors to ensure the visual designs are clearly understood and the execution elevates the creative beyond simple best practices.

30: Show the ability to execute more advanced visual design concepts with an expertise in creative principles, project management, and managing expectations

20: Take advantage of opportunities to lead, develop, and execute one-off projects without supervision

10: Be a role-model and be able to evaluate and elevate the work of junior designers

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.

Education:

Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of agency or marketing design experience

  • Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Hands on experience and proficiency with image editing software - Adobe Creative Cloud or Affinity. Figma a plus.

  • Understanding of advertising, promotion, and graphic design.

  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts with attention to visual details.

  • Self-starter, leader. Ability to work independently with limited direction.

  • Excellent command of language, editing, and proofreading.

  • Must effectively manage many projects at once and work well under tight deadlines.

  • % Travel Required (Approximate): less than 5%
