POSITION SUMMARY AND LOCATION

* To prepare accurate management information in a timely manner and support Operation's financial requirements.
* Hybrid and Remote office work environment.

* Participate in preparing monthly internal and external reporting.
* Support Project Managers and project teams when looking at profitability.
* Customer reporting requirements on programs as required.
* Support the Financial Project Manager in developing a short term and long-term plan as well as rolling forecast for the projects and programs being supported.
* Recording forecast and free cash flow at the project level.
* Prepare project close entries and make necessary adjustments to data entry errors.
* Participate in bid review preparation and development.
* Support variance analysis and reconciliations.
* Support asset management and customer collection.
* Assist the regional finance lead in external SOX compliance and testing and external regulatory reporting / compliance.
* Help drive implementation of financial standards in the organization.
* Support UAT testing.
* Supporting tax reporting requirements.
* Other duties as assigned inclusive of responsibilities outlined in the RASCI model related to your area of work.
* Travel to sites to understand the work being done as needed.

REQUIRED

* Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Four (4) to Six (6) years of relevant Accounting and/or Finance experience.
* Understanding of cost accounting principles and the provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
* Understanding of modeling concepts, such as build Excel models, modeling for input to a bid etc.
* A self-motivated individual who adapts quickly with today's virtual knowledge, self-disciplined with a work schedule remotely from home and/or another designated geographic area as needed.

DESIRED

* Familiarity with reporting under local statutory reporting requirements.
* Working knowledge of current Enterprise Resource Management system.
* International experience is a plus.
* Able to view the big picture with a good grasp for details.

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
