We're looking for a full-time, staff President to join our American Ordnance

As the President, here's the work you'll do:

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for American Ordnance LLC, coordinating with Day & Zimmermann goals and standards. Develop long-range objectives and business plans that fit the company values and risk profiles.
  • Maintain key customer relationships within the US government and the defense industry. Represents the Company in the Burlington, Iowa and Miland, Tennessee regional communities and promotes the Company's good will and interest in community activities.
  • Direct all division functions including sales, operations, engineering, quality, and safety to drive operational excellence and innovation.
  • Partner with head of VP, D&Z Operations; SVP, DZMG; and DZMG group staff to develop and implement plans to achieve strategic growth objectives across the division.

  • A Bachelors Degree
  • 10 Years Minium experience
  • Experience in US Government contracting; extensive knowledge of ammunition products
  • Great attitude and team player
  • Successful completion of background screening process. (If applicable)

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $236,863.00 - $296,079.00.This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
