Job Summary
Work Shift
1 - First ShiftAre you the type of person who enjoys working with complex building systems? In this role you will design building HVAC systems, create sequence of operations, and integrate controls into company-wide building automation systems (BAS). We're looking for a driven individual with the ability to explore solutions for energy efficiency through data collection and analysis.What You'll Do
1. Design HAVC systems and assist in commissioning and/or recommissioning of building mechanical systems.
2. Develop and document sequence of operations for HVAC systems.
3. Analyze data from existing building systems and propose improvements in operation and efficiency.
4. Partner with Facilities teams on best practices for preventative maintenance procedures.
5. Provide oversight of building systems installation in new construction and retrofit of existing facilities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or other related field with a minimum of five years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred.
- Experience in HVAC systems, building automation controls, and chiller system operation.
- Ability to lead cross functional teams.
- Ability to understand business needs and establish a high level of trust and confidence.
Travel
- Occasional travel is expected of this position.
Work Location
