Position Description. Baker Electric, Inc. of Des Moines Iowa is looking for a Safety Representative for field safety leadership duties. The position will be working with the Greater Des Moines team of safety personnel to deliver day-to-day safety guidance and real-time partnership with field employees on safe practices and safety awareness. The requirements include an Associates degree in safety or related (or 3 yrs' exp as construction safety coordinator), First Aid, CPR and AED certifications, and completed OSHA 30-hour construction safety class.
