Job Description

Client Services Representative

Act as liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face. Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high client satisfaction

Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails

Identify and assess clients' needs

Build sustainable relationship of trust

Provide Accurate, valid and complete information

Meet personal/team sales targets

Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions within time limits and ensure resolution

Communicate effectively using procedures, guidelines and policies
