In 1985 two Madison natives created Pasqual’s. The company was built on a foundation of using fresh ingredients, having a true passion for food, and a commitment to it’s patrons and the community. In 1999 Benjamin Roberts, who grew up near Pasqual's and worked there during high school, bought the business and carried forward the same foundation.
Pasqual’s has always been a place of gathering for Madisonians and the surrounding communities. We have kept our time honored and loved recipes the same, while chef/owner Benjamin Roberts has added a few new things to add flavor excitement for the mouth and soul. Our friends keep coming back and new friends are made, whether it’s for Madison’s favorite half price margaritas on Tuesday night or to fulfill a craving for red chile sauce.
