Advance Builders was incorporated on February 19, 1998, with actual production starting April 20th of the same year. It was originally run from a rural farm in Iowa City, IA. The first commercial job for Advance Builders Corp. was a re-roofing project at Swiss Valley Farms in Cedar Rapids with a crew of 5. Advance Builders Corp's project résumé has expanded to include schools, universities, hospitals, government buildings, apartment buildings and large and small businesses- from Keokuk north to Decorah, and from Newton east to the Quad Cities.
