We’re looking for early career IT professionals to join our team in 2024! Our IT Early Career Development Program is a personalized experience including four separate development assignments across our IT organization within your first 2 years. Your unique interests and skills will be put to work across multiple IT functions, solving pressing business challenges. Possible assignment areas include business analysis and project management, infrastructure operation and cloud transformation, and full-stack development. 

You may work in a variety of IT functions including:  

  • Digital Experience
  • eCommerce
  • Information Security
  • Business Analysis
  • Development/Programming
  • Release Management
  • Database Administration
  • Network Administration
  • Security Administration
  • Cyber Security
  • Project Management 
  • IT Service Management & Processes
  • Workplace Technologies
  • Systems Administration

What it takes:
  

  • College graduate or MBA with a major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related IT emphasis
    Minimum 2.8 GPA
  • Relevant work experience / internships / related activities (tutor, business fraternity, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability
  • Ability to gather and research data and synthesize complex information.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Self-starter; strong personal motivation; willing to take initiative.
